"I have known and worked with Jake for over 20 years. We are currently partnering with him on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation where HonorNet is taking God's love and healing to a broken people. Jake is a man of integrity and a man of his word."

To introduce and lead every child into the full knowledge and experience of a life-changing relationship and daily walk with Jesus Christ through the creation, distribution, and implementation of relevant and productive Bible resources, strategies, programs, and partnerships.
HonorNet is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our publishing network is a natural outgrowth of and second only to our heart for missions. A large portion of our influence, resources, and time is dedicated to reaching at-risk children with the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ. We provide funding, creative services, publishing, and development support for ministries and mission organizations that otherwise would not be able to tell their story. Jake Jones, founder of HonorNet, states it best when he says, "Publishing is what we do; missions is who we are." Many of the relationships with our authors have started through joining forces together on the mission field or rallying together for the cause of children. We believe our publishing influence and success is directly related to our primary focus which has always been to fulfill the Great Commission.
Operation Native Child
One outreach for whom HonorNet is directly responsible for providing total funding and resources is our outreach on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in Shannon County, South Dakota, the poorest county in America. Pine Ridge is the home of the Lakota Oglala Sioux Indian Nation. Social demographics on this reservation reflect more of a third-world country than part of the richest nation on earth. Thirty percent of the people do not have electricity or running water. Alcoholism is over 80%, unemployment 85%, and teen suicide is six times the national average. We have joined forces with a children's outreach program on the reservation. This program provides a loving Christian environment that gives children a chance to learn and accept the love of Jesus Christ. Our mobile Sunday school truck can be seen in the villages of Pine Ridge where we teach Sunday school and often hand out food and clothing to the families we have come to know and love.
We support the W.O.W. (Women of Worth) program which has partnered with other ministries to connect outside church women to the native mothers of the Pine Ridge children, encouraging them as women and mothers, and ministering life to their spirits.
HonorNet is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization and all donations are tax deductible. Funds are needed and used to run the weekly Sunday school operation as well as providing family needs such as electricity, propane, water, and food. To find out more about our needs or how you can be a part of sharing the life of Jesus to the children of Pine Ridge, please contact our office.
